Janette is the epitome of health, in her 50s, she is fit, healthy and eager to share what she has learnt in her many years involved in the health and wellness industry.

Janette Bendle Pilates incorporates a unique system of exercises, with the Foundation of Pilates /Functional fitness and purely Pilates. Janette will provide results based training within a safe environment.

It was nearly 8 long months, a difficult period for everyone, many of you have remained dedicated, vigilant and motivated with your fitness and your attendance to the zoom classes we ran 5 times per week. Congratulate yourselves.

Janettes classes consist of functional pilates, mobility sessions, bodyweight pilates, traditional pilates and strength focussed workouts that provide results.

If you are not one to stick to a strict routine and prefer to workout in your own time, Click Here , to join her online classes that are updated weekly with 15- 75 minute workouts designed to work together. Do a warm up, a leg and glute session followed by abs or mobility. You design your workout.

Janette has guided, mentored, inspired, instructed and motivated many customers and friends over the 20 plus years in the industry.

Her clientele are aged between 15 years old and 85. One of our 85 years olds is the most dedicated and inspirational human being all who attend the studio have had to pleasure to meet, 19 years of attending Janettes classes has left him the envy of many half his age. It should be mentioned that HE STILL RUNS.

People confuse pilates as being for “girls”. Janette laughs loudly at this comment, as would the many men who attend.

Hence the reason Janette still has 80 plus year-olds attending her sessions.


Janette also incorporates womens health, specifically the demographic for  40+ facing hormone imbalances and the challenges that accompany it.

Janette runs a specific program that incorporates testing of the customer to find out her current hormonal status. Every woman is an individual and should be treated as a individual. What she runs is not a one size fits all program it is to suit a woman’s individual needs.

The program provides a nutritional plan for the individual, a group fitness session weekly specific to her needs plus access to any class on the timetable with constant support.

Educational material is sent out regularly with tips on keeping yourself on track.
